We are able to program PLC’s and have already commissioned numerous amount of projects including flat glass cutting lines, cutting bridges, plate tracking systems. Siemens WinCC SCADA configurations are well accomplished through communicating with Siemens S7-417H redundant systems.

Another strategy to program devices for the industry comes by using Java Automation Controllers (JAC). In our setup we used Unix (Solaris) operating system with the Java RealTime Virtual Machine from former Sun, now Oracle company. Using the benefits of Object Oriented Programming we have been able to fully program a whole cutting line using JAC systems and run the line.
